Commercial contracts

For 15 years I worked as in-house counsel for multinational companies in France and the United States, assigned to drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts. In these roles I also was involved in the resolution of contractual disputes, under French, US and English laws.

This experience I now leverage in my solo practice, advising and representing companies in negotiation and dispute resolution (including litigation before Paris courts) of agreements for:
