Fees
Mon cabinet propose deux modalités d’honoraires:
My firm offers two types of fees:
1. Forfait fixe / Fixed fee
Un forfait fixe est proposé pour les missions ayant une charge de diligences prévisible.
A fixed fee is offered for assignments having predictable amount of work.

2. Taux horaire / Hourly rate
Pour les autres missions (sans charge prévisible), les honoraires sont calculés sur la base d’un taux horaire standard de:
194,40 € TTC
Lorsque le taux horaire est utilisé, les remises suivantes sont appliquées, sur la base du volume d’heures travaillées:
100 heures -> remise de 20%
50 heures -> remise de 10%
10 heures -> remise de 5%
For other assignments (without predictable workload), fees are calculated based on a standard hourly rate of:
194,40 € (including VAT)
Where the hourly rate applies, the following discounts are applied, based on the volume of hours worked:
100 hours -> 20% discount
50 hours -> 10% discount
10 hours -> 5% discount
Assurance protection juridique
Legal protection insurance
Si le client bénéficie d’une assurance protection juridique, le cabinet fera la démarche auprès de l’assureur pour récupérer le montant d’honoraires versés au titre de l’assurance protection juridique.
If the client benefits from legal protection insurance, the firm will follow the process with the insurer to recover the amount of fees paid under the legal protection insurance.
Le client doit déclarer le sinistre du litige à son assureur, conformément aux conditions de son contrat, et attendre d’avoir l’accord de l’assureur de prise en charge, avant d’engager une procédure.
The client should declare the dispute to the insurer, according to the terms of his contract, and wait to have the consent from the insurer of coverage, prior to starting the lawsuit.
Le montant versé par l’assureur au cabinet sera crédité au compte du client.
The amount paid by the insurer to the firm will be credited to the client’s account.
Néanmoins, les honoraires dus au cabinet seront déterminés et payés par le client selon les montants, délais, et conditions définis dans la convention de mission entre le cabinet et le client.
However, fees due to the firm will be determined and paid by the client in accordance with the amounts, periods and terms set forth in the engagement agreement between the firm and the client.
En aucun cas le client ne pourra refuser ou retarder le paiement des honoraires ou frais, en raison d’un versement ultérieur attendu de l’assureur.
Under no event may the client refuse or delay payment of fees or costs, on the basis of a future payment expected from the insurer.
Si en fin de mission, il reste un solde créditeur dans le compte du client, le solde créditeur sera remboursé par le cabinet au client.
If at the end of the engagement, a credit balance remains in the client’s account, the credit balance will be refunded by the firm to the client.
