- Opposition au dépôt de marque auprès de l’EUIPO : assistance à un fabricant de produits cosmétiques brésilien dans la procédure d’opposition (numéro d’opposition B 003221190) formée par une société italienne au dépôt de sa marque auprès de l’agence européenne EUIPO.
Dans une décision du 21 août 2025, la division d’opposition de l’EUIPO a partiellement accueilli l’opposition, pour les produits et services dans les classes 3 et 44, et partiellement rejeté l’opposition pour les services de la classe 35.

In a decision of 21 August 2025, the opposition division of the EUIPO partially accepted the opposition, for products and services in classes 3 and 44, and partially rejected the opposition for services of class 35.

- Procédure pour revendication ou annulation de marque enregistrée : assistance à un fabricant de produits cosmétiques brésilien pour une procédure devant le tribunal judiciaire de Lille (N° RG : 24/04457) pour revendication ou annulation de sa marque enregistrée auprès de l’institut national de la propriété industrielle (INPI) en France par un ancien client revendeur sans autorisation.
Résultat : atteint. Par un jugement du 26 septembre 2025, le tribunal a ordonné la cession au profit de ma cliente de la marque enregistrée par le revendeur auprès de l’INPI avec rétroactivité à la date du dépôt en 2019, et condamné le revendeur à payer 2.500 euros à ma cliente pour les frais du procès.
Procedure for appropriation or cancellation of registered trademark: assisted Brazilian cosmetics manufacturer for a procedure before the Lille judicial tribunal (N° RG : 24/04457) for appropriation or cancellation of its trademark registered with the national institute of industrial property (INPI) in France by former customer reseller without authorization.
Result: achieved. By a decision of 26 September 2025, the tribunal ordered the transfer to my client of the trademark registered by the reseller with the INPI retroactively to the date of registration in 2019, and ordered the reseller to pay 2.500 euros to my client for costs of procedure.
