Procedure for residence of child and child support after separation: represented and assisted client in a procedure before the family judge of the Versailles judicial tribunal (n° RG 23/02884), to determine the residence of her child and child support contribution, following her separation from her ex-partner.

Advice on adoption and visa for minor children: advised client having French-Mali citizenship about adoption of minor children of her partner and a visa application for them and their mother residing in France in undocumented status.

- Représentation et conseil pour renonciation à la succession du père : conseil et assistance à un client sur les options successorales et la renonciation du fils mineur du client à la succession de son père, décédé en février 2022, compte tenu des dettes et de la situation déficitaire du patrimoine laissé. Représentation du client pour requête au tribunal judiciaire de Bobigny d’une autorisation pour la renonciation (n° RG 58-22-A-00448-01), et pour la déclaration de la renonciation (n° RG 23/00275).
Résultat atteint : par ordonnance en date du 16 septembre 2022, le juge des tutelles a autorisé ma cliente à renoncer à la succession au nom de son fils mineur.

Result achieved: by decision dated 16 September 2022, the judge authorized my client to renounce to the inheritance on behalf of her son.
- Représentation et conseil pour la succession d’un grand-oncle : représentation d’un client et ses deux frères résidant en Amérique du sud dans le cadre de l’administration de la succession de leur grand-oncle français décédé en novembre 2019 dans le Rhône, notamment conseil sur leurs droits en tant qu’héritiers (malgré le prédécès de leur père), déclaration au notaire/greffe, et recouvrement de leur part dans l’héritage.
Representation and advice for inheritance from great uncle: representation of client and his two brothers living in South America in the administration of the estate of their French great uncle who died in November 2019 in Rhône, including advice on their rights as heirs (in spite of earlier death of their father), declaration to notary/court’s clerk, and collection of their part of the inheritance.
